Dear Madam:
For several years HUD had practiced discrimination against my family to prevent our ownership of an assisted living facility in southeastern North Carolina. I have prepared some documents that we have forwarded to two congressman and to the white house identifying our complaints. We feel that we have ground for legal actions and so do does our bankruptcy attorney. Our attorney does not have the expertise to handle this matter. Erin: Yes, there were problems with one of the early batches of Polio vaccine actually causing Polio! So, looking at history is wise, since many of the same type of systemic problems repeat. Thalidomide was bad, and so was DES, Seldane, & Fen-phen, which all got by the initial FDA screenings.

I think fly ash should only be used in something like bowling balls, or cement, where they are tougher than drywall to liberate. The more I think & learn about it, the more I feel that Chromium 6 is WORSE in it's health effects than some radioactive substances.

Yes, I'm puzzled that males are not listed as part of the HPV problem. Why no Guardasil for them? Does HPV exist on them externally, where a vaccine will do no good? Or, is it easier to scare young women into using Guardasil, since HPV doesn't seem to affect men, that we know of?

Asking questions is good. I know the questions I've asked of some industries make people think. I've seen where the "that will never happen again in a hundred years" event HAS happened again, in just a few years.

Lead pipes were used for water decades ago, and some are still around. Lead soldered copper pipes were allowed until 1988, so those are common. And, Lead is very bad for children.

Erin is there any possibility that you might take up the cause on Fluoride. At the moment in Mildura, we don't have fluoride in the water however, it has been mooted that we are getting it either at the end of this year or early next year. People are very concerned as the evidence clearly shows that there are health risks associated with Fluoride. Authorities do not listen to the people.

Yes, a fluoride chemical may be OK in toothpaste (as long as you spit it all out) but in our drinking water supply can be very harmful for some.
Examples: anyone who has reason to consume well above average amounts of water, those with kidney disease who cannot eliminate the toxic properly, those with thyroid disease who dont need another thyroid suppressing chemical, infants up to around 2 years old.
Fluoride can also be harmful to everyone in a community if there are other sources of fluoride in the atmosphere for example, like being near a smelter, fertilizer plant, ceramics industry, oil refinery or coal burning power plant.
Unfortunately authorities do not test for the pre-existing body load of fluoride in any community when they make the bizarre decision to start dumping fluoride into the water (mass tooth decay treatment).

Erin, loved the movie and was going to write to Julia Roberts she has three young children, Martin Sheen fought the cause in Malibu. The fluoride I am speaking of is toxic waste, from smokestacks, illegal to dump in the bay or ocean as it is a marine pollutant, but ok to filter it through our bodies and then into the ocean, or horror upon horror recycle and ingest again. Our human rights are being eroded - we are seeing democracy dying and industry and powermongers taking over all in the name of the almighty $$$$.. Australia appears to have become the dumping ground for the world's toxic waste, we are even buying it in. How crass is that?
We should have a say in what we ingest.

Love your passion and committment - one person becomes many in a cause and I have been involved in actions against chemical companies (such as Ashlands and Bayer)and because I have in recent years become highly concerned about fluoridation I am resolved to stop it in Australia (and hopefully worldwide).
The concerns about the fluoride (waste product) that we use in water fluoridation was brought to me by a dear old gentleman who has now fought the issue for 50 years. He is now in his 90's and was a friend of the esteemed Glen Walker, another highly thought of activist who recently passed away aged 92.
We now have a great network of groups and individuals worldwide who have been continuously lied to and fobbed off by the various authorities who we are concerned are driven/deceived by the big corporations. These companies have to pay to dispose of the toxic waste referred to as fluoride which is listed by International Law as being illegal to dump at sea. Instead they ship it around to the water authorities under the dubious retort that it fixes tooth decay and get paid for "dumping" it!
We are concerned that as Australia is one of the most fluoridated countries that other health problems and allergies will grow. UNICEF already has Australia listed as having a very high incidence of dental fluorosis, known to come from exposure to fluoride.
What we need is for campaigners like yourself to become vocal with us on stopping fluoridation.
Already around 27,000 professionals and experts around the world have signed a letter stating their opposition to fluoridation. You can read more about this on www.fluoridealert.org
We have a network of people in most regions opposed to fluoridation who need your support. We also have lists of people medically officially recognised as being unable to drink or shower in fluoridated water. What more evidence do we need? The European Court of Justice has declared fluoridation to be illegal, and the American Dental Association and American Medical Association have issued warnings to mothers not to use fluoridated water to reconstitute infant formula due to its toxicity and the increased levels of dental fluorosis. Our Australian authorities just ignore the latest evidence. It may be that the only way to stop it here would be by taking legal action?
Any assistance you can give us would be of great value in our fight.
Would love to see another similar movie....I enjoyed watching the old movie "The Love Canal" too, it inspired us when we were fighting the American giant Ashlands - we won by the way!

In the island state of Tasmania we have seen over the past 10-12years the large scale conversion of native forest to tree plantations. These plantations are sited in 44 of the states 48 catchments most of which are drinking water catchments. The plantation estate has grown to around 300,000 hectares which is a substantial chunk of the state. The Plantation industry relies heavily on pesticide use for establishment and maintenance. The Tasmanian Government carry out testing in our rivers for 19 pesticides that have little relevence to what is being used and still consistantly finds pesticides. Due to the prominence of the forest industry in this state and the sensetivity of the pesticide issue this Government would rather be seen to be ignorant than informed and responsible. It is currently not possible to find out what chemicals are being used, how often and how much in any area in this state its Tasmania's best kept secret. The health statistics for Tasmania are some of the worst in the country and this fact has come to the atention of some concerned doctors who are trying to lobby Government with little success. Its a big story and this is just a snap shot if you can offer assistance please contact.

Erika Kelton, Kopchinski's lead attorney from the firm of Phillips & Cohen LLP, said large rewards are justified because of what whistleblowers must endure, often for many years, after complaints within the company go unheeded.

"Particularly in pharma, it's no secret that it's an industry that can blackball former employees," Kelton said, "so the reward is important both to encourage people to step forward and to recognize that their contributions are huge."

Kopchinski and five other whistleblowers will earn more than $102 million in payments from the U.S. government under the False Claims Act through which individuals can reap rewards for exposing corporate wrongdoing.

"The use of whistleblowers has really opened up the keys to the kingdom in terms of what's going on in these companies," said Dean Zerbe, senior counsel for the National Whistleblower Center and a partner at the law firm of Zerbe, Fingeret, Frank and Jadav in Washington.

"You'd never find out what's happening without this kind of reward structure," Zerbe said.

after years of serious corporate abuse ,my wife fled other side of world to escape taking my little boy,this year she tried to kill herself.I asked this company to help us rebuild our lives they refused.they had abused and threatened our family,i was sexually harrassed,our employees racially attacked ,serious mis practise etc we lost our company,health ,marriage etc
Any intervention from you could end 8 years if indescribable hell.

And please advocate for full disclosure to our men and women of the military who are used as test subjects for all of these vaccines and never told what they are getting or the possible adverse effects. They can't sue the military if something happens to them so what better people to test...and then try to tell them they are sick due to stress. Shameful

Now there's grave concern about the numerous chemicals being used for shale gas "fracing" in the US. Dozens of chemicals, some that little is known about their long term health affects. And, it's getting into water wells around Ft. Worth, and parts of New York & Pennsylvania. A Nurse in Colorado nearly died from exposure to some of the chemicals used in this process while treating someone covered in the stuff in ER. The maker of that batch of chemicals refused to allow Doctors to know what exact chemicals were being used, for it was a "trade secret". So, they had to guess how to save that Nurses' life.

I wasn't sure if my daughter was effected by the Gardasil vaccination, and I've always believed in the necessity of vaccinations. Not anymore.

After receiving the Gardasil vaccination, my eighteen year old daughter had tingling, numbness, severe back pain, muscle aches and pains, etc. At the time I couldn't find any information about the side effects of the Gardasil vaccination. Although suspicious of the timing of the onset of her illness with the vaccination, the doctors explained to me that there was no way to prove a direct correlation.

Her symptoms continued to became so severe that she was in a wheelchair. Neurologists at a university hospital and Mayo Clinic could not give us a reason for her illness. They did find abnormal results on a few neurological exams, but didn't know the reason Today I found out that her vaccinations had the same lot numbers as other girls who have died or have been injured by the vaccination.

I am numb and think that answers should be found, before the drug is continued to be administered. We should stop and protect our children.
