The Perfect Appetizer For Any Party! We made these potato skins for a recent get-together and they were so easy to throw together. Everyone loved them! If I could eat potatoes for the rest of my life, I’d be in heaven. They are definitely one of my favorite foods! I’ve never met a potato I didn’t like. ;)

This is a repeated family favorite. It is a bit time consuming in making, but well worth the compliments and many smiles. Have everything prepared ahead of time.Super easy to make and so yummy! Definitely a favorite in my house. I have made them twice in one week already at the request of my boys!

Made this tonight, so yummy. I broiled the top with the cheese a little too long but my family enjoyed it. Will definitely make again.

I loved these and the other people that were with me loved them too! They taste like they were made in a restaurant! They are so worth it!


  • 4 large russet or 5 yukon potatoes washed
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of kosher salt
  • 1- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 to 7 slices bacon -cooked and crumbled or 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • Sour cream optional
  • Sliced green onions optional
