KETO AVOCADO PEPPERONI SALAD

This Keto Avocado Pepperoni Salad is an easy, flavorful dish that takes just minutes to put together. It makes the perfect keto lunch!



Now that we have two little ones, I find myself grabbing anything I can find and eating it as quickly as possible.
Usually this means I grab a handful of turkey slices and cream cheese, but sometimes I crave something more filling.
This avocado pepperoni and cheese salad was one of those quick fridge runs that turned out to be really delicious and great for my macros!

When I first tried avocado, I did not like it at all. I was interested in the ways it can be used and the healthy fat benefits so I kept eating it…If you’re in the same boat as me…keep at it! Now avocado is one of my best friends

ingredients

  • 1/2 Medium Avocado, cubed
  • 16 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 oz Mozzarella Pearls
  • Optional: italian seasoning, salt and pepper, lime or lemon juce
