Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes

Mini pumpkin cheesecakes made in a muffin pan with an OREO crust! Also includes directions for a graham cracker crust. Easy mini pumpkin cheesecake recipe to make for fall or thanksgiving dessert!



  • 1 & 1/2 cups oreo crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  • 1 and 1/2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
Optional topping: pumpkin whipped cream and mini oreos.



  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  2. Line a regular sized muffin pan with 12 paper muffin liners.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the oreo crumbs and melted butter until it resembles coarse sand.
